What are Ex-Demo products?
Ex-Demo products are products that are or have been on display at one of our stores or loaned out as a demonstration unit to a customer for a short period of time. They have had their original packaging opened, and have been powered on to demonstrate the product in use.
Unless otherwise specified, they come with the same warranty period as the unopened equivalent product and include all normal accessories, cables and manuals. Please note that Ex-Demo products do not qualify for warranty replacement, in the event of a claim we will repair or offer store credit / refund at the original purchase price.
What are Open Box products?
Open Box products are 'as new' products that have had their original packaging opened. This usually happens when a customer orders the wrong product by mistake, opens the box and returns to us. Or if one of our internal staff members need to take an item out of it's packaging to inspect for one reason or another.
These products have never been used, or in some rare cases, may have been powered on just once. They come with the same warranty as the unopened equivalent product and include all normal accessories, cables and manuals.
What are Last Unit products?
End of Life / Last Unit products are the last few units that will be left in some of the branches. So, we need to clean them up and make space for the next models, they are brand new, un-opened and have the FULL Manufacturer Warranty just cheaper!
