In addition, there have been some delays with courier tracking details being updated for orders that have already shipped. Please note we have a zero-contact returns procedure for the safety of our customers and staff, details can be found on our Returns page. Service work may be delayed for 5-10 days due to the COVID-19 impact on the global supply chain.
