Smaller than the older 90W power supplies, but can't wrap the 230V power cord

It's smaller and lighter than the previous versions (PA-3E), but there is no built-in way to wrap the 230V power cord (which, contrary to what is shown on the picture, is provided). Works well with older Dell laptops (got it for my E6530).

List of compatible Dell devices would be useful

I'm sure it's a great adapter, but it didn't fit my new 15.6" Dell Inspiron 7000 series 2 n 1 despite the Dell website (https://www.dell.com/en-nz/work/shop/dell-90-watt-3-prong-ac-adapter-with-091-meter-power-cord-e5/apd/492-11688/pc-accessories#compatibility) saying it would. Then PB Tech refused to refund me the delivery fee (apparently due to the online store and physical store I returned the adapter to being separate entities) and deducted a "re-packing cost" despite obviously having to open the device to check said compatibility. After years of excellent service from PB Tech, I was very disappointed.

From when you place your order, in-stock products typically arrive within 2-4 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD deliveries and 4-8 working days for all other states in Australia.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
