I needed one more USB-C jack than I had available, but had a USB-A jack, so this adapter solved that problem. I'm using it with a full-speed device, works fine for that, haven't tried SuperSpeed but no reason to suspect issues. This is perfect for older computers that don't have USB-C ports, and for many new gadgets nowadays that have USB-C only cables. Simple, effective, hides well at the back of the computer. Install and forget. Shame can't find any USB-A to USB-C hubs. This is the only option for us.
