Bought a second camera currently. This camera can catch a signal in the garden even 5m away from the wifi router in the house. East set up. The camera detects the tree movement so better to off the notice or change to the lower sensitivity. Bought a second camera currently. Very clear video and pictures, both day and night, accessible on multiple phones. Can be tricky getting the WiFi connections all lined up, but that was a problem of our WiFi range. The delay of several seconds in recording was expected, as mentioned by others and on the Reolink website. It is essential to install a microsim to store video. Playback is held for several days. - To use playback feature you must purchase an SD card. If you want to secure your recording you also need to purchase cloud which uploads from your SD card. For every camera you add to your network you also need to a SD card. If you want to keep any recordings you must sign up to the cloud upload option.
- 2 way voice is terrible. There is a 5 second delay from speaking to receiving both ways. If you are expecting to have a conversation with a courier the video has a 5 second delay before you see it on your app and then another 10 seconds to first activate the 2 way talk and then wait for the sound to broadcast. The courier will have come and gone by this stage.
- 2 way talk is always at an audible level. Because the speaker and mic is next to each other on the camera you can also end up with a very loud feedback loop on your phone.

Easy to Install and takes decent video albeit slightly delayed such that anyone walking up pathway gets missed for 5 seconds or more. Meaning you get the alert but nothing appears on playback as the movement has passed by! That said it works fine in other respects, is completely wire free and is less costly than some similar Cameras. This camera is good i use this around the house as well as in the chicken coop. Only downside about this camera is when you load one of your cameras it wouldn’t load ie it wouldn’t connect and will continuously read back live stream failed- this can be a bit of a problem especially if you really need to check your cameras. I also purchased a wifi extender so that the chicken coop camera connects and it works perfectly fine.

To prevent this I recommend purchasing the solar panel kit as you will not need to worry about unscrewing the camera then bringing it in for a charge. The solar panel is definitely worth buying provided that there is enough sunlight. As for recording this camera takes a micro sd card so any storage size is more than enough.

The carport located one has been fantastic - great image clarity, great video (both day and night), good sized field of view and sound options. However there have been issues with the externally fitted one and I'm on to my third camera. The first camera started to fail when the weather changed and then completely failed (after 6months). On inspection the charging port had rusted out. I returned it and got a replacement. These cameras have a high waterproof rating, and mine are located under an eave and while exposed to one wind direction it is protected from the southerlie which is the worst wind at my location. There are no other cameras with a higher waterproof rating (according to the expert at PBTech) so now I'm seeing what my third camera will do.
