Very pleased with this rice cooker. I've only cooked basmati rice a few times so far, but it has come out perfectly each time. I'm sure it does an amazing job with medium and short grain as well as sticky rice too, looking forward to try them all.

Pros:
Perfect rice with ability to adjust to your liking.
Provided cup is perfect for 1 to 2 people (depending how hungry they are).
5 cup capacity is enough for 5 to 10 people.
Warm function is great and does not dry out the rice.
Rice doesn't burn or stick to the pan, even with smaller 1 cup load. You get to eat every perfect grain :)

Cons:
None that I have noticed or can foresee at this time.

This is the best rice I've experienced at home, much better than our old rice cooker and/or cooking rice old school style in a pot. Easy to highly recommend this product.

This is good small rice cooker with multiple cooking options. The bright LED display is much better than the old model with LCD display. It shows the remaining time for most cooking option except cooking rice. This is rice cooker has all option and menu on display, which makes it very easy to use (no set up work is needed).
The only thing I feel a bit uncomfortable is that when cooking rice, the LED does not show the remaining time until near the end of cooking (around 15 minutes before finish) . But when doing steam or cook porridge, it shows the remaining time right after you press the "start" button, which is what I expect.

We previously owned a Panasonic rice cooker, so naturally bought this one on special. Only had it for a few weeks now and the cooker consistently produced lovely fluffy white rice. A great product.
