Good quality and price - and only ONE USB port required for connection

I was initially concerned about this product needing TWO USB ports to operate (as per the illustrationn) and thankfully note that it now comes with only 1 connector (as per the Verbatim update notice on their website which I checked on before purchasing). This is very handy for laptops like mine where 2 USB ports are either not available or difficult to manage. Construction seems sturdy enough but time will tell.

Did not work initially

The verbatim DVD/CD player initally did not want to work at all. After numerous tries it somehow started and the new Dell computer running Windows 10 finally decided to read it!!! Lets hope it keeps working. I am all for DVD/CD players in laptops in case internet goes down or is slow. External drives are annoying.

My shiny new computer didn't have space for an optical drive, so chucked this onto the order. Works well, but quite noisy. Very slimline and makes me wonder how long it will last, structurally. Working fine at this stage.

7 day right of exchange

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
