Great job

This rather slim enclosure is great. Does not require power if using USB 3 port, but you have the option of using power for things like connecting to a raspberry pi. Didn't require a drive install when I connected to my Win10 PC.

This is an easy to use enclosure with solid performance for a great price. The 3 spare USB ports on built into the enclosure are a great expansion option, especially when using a laptop with limited ports

TIP: Remember to slide one of the two included sponge inserts in with your HDD to hold it securely in place.

Great product but doesn't come with a micro-b cable in the box

As per the title, this external hard drive enclosure works great but doesn't come with a cable to connect to a computer. The USB hub on the enclosure is a unique feature that took me hours of searching to find - not just on PB tech, but also online. No products offered the same functionality, though I wish that they did.

The enclosure comes with a power adapter in case you want to use the USB ports to deliver power to any other devices. It, however, does not come with a micro-b cable, which I had to purchase separately, which was frustrating.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
