Better than an SSD,
Just as Fast as the 990 pro (little slower but not that noticeable)
I currently use this as my Main drive for OS and Games, planning on getting another one!

Pricey for capacity, but performance is top notch
For the price, the capacity is low - but it makes up for that in performance!
I am seeing consistent 6971MB/s Sequential Read and 5801 MB/s Sequential Write, a substantial improvement over the 2174 / 1536 on my old NVMe SSD.
Great balance of space, performance and price
I dropped this into a USB4 enclosure to expand my MacBook storage. In my everyday use for photo editing, I haven't noticed a drop in read/write performance over the onboard SSD. Very happy and would easily recommend.

Zero hassle installation, and it works as expected.
Excellent bang for your buck
I have a Samsung 990 Pro as my primary operating system drive and a Samsung 990 EVO Plus as a second drive for less performance-critical files. Running the benchmark tool included in the Samsung Magician app, there's actually not a huge difference in performance between the two drives. Perhaps in some niche situations there is, but most users wouldn't notice the difference.

Great product good value
Delivered to rural address with lightening speed and was incredibly simple to install as a second drive into a vacant slot in my laptop. Much faster than the SSD that came in the machine and it has been working brilliantly since installed, relieving my C drive from its near full state. Samsung SSD utility software is also great. simple to use and provides lots of useful info.
Great upgrade
Purchased to upgrade drive space in PC. Larger and faster than the OEM drive that came with the PC. Used Samsung Magician to clone old drive onto this with no issues. Great upgrade for price
Perfect
This works perfectly and is very fast. It also only uses 2x PCIe 5.0 lanes (if on a Gen 5 bus) instead of the x4 needed on PCIe 4.0, which I was impressed with.
Some drives say they hit 7450 MB/s (versus 7150 on this one) and I haven't tested, but this slight difference seems trivial.
Does not come with a heat sink or any screws. Doesn't need a heat sink though.
5 year warranty is very good.
