I'm wondering if my unit is faulty. The battery only lasts an hour or so and the suction is not as strong as I thought it would be. There's no way to force the dust bin clean, you are having to shake it hard and use a stick to pole the bits out of the stuck areas. After only a year, the battery is not working properly anymore, it charges to 100% then after 3 minute vacuum, the battery dies. The suction is very weak as well. Not recommended. Im very happy with my new vacuum cleaner. Thought it'll be heavy for me but surprisingly its not. And the hand held vacuum works heat too. Excellent it is for me.
