Installation Instructions

Step One
Remove the eartips from your wireless earbuds

Step Two
Firmly press Comply tip onto the soundport. Ensure the tip is secure before use.

Step Three
Once installed, roll the tip between your fingers into a thin, round cylinder.

Step Four
Gently insert the entire eartip into your ear and hold it in for 10-15 seconds.

Works fine less durable than origonal

The tips the the WF-1000XM4 come with art more comfortable and durable than these are, but as a replacement these work perfectly. I have gone through the originals and 1 pack or replacement tips In a year and a bit. And have purchased and recieved my next 3 packs of replacement tips to hopefully last another couple of years.

On a less.important note. The shipping was weird. I received 2 tracking numbers to track and each of the 3 packs were shipped.individually but the last pack didn't have a tracking number and I didn't receive any communication from PBtech when I reached out to them to inquire about it

It's aight

These are really good ear tips in themselves like they fit well and feel good. The only problem is they do slowly break down over time. Which is why I have to keep buying more occassionally. Otherwise are alright

Comfortable but Not Hardy

These tips are extremely comfortable and do fit nicely. However I've found that the foam tip easily disconnects from the small part that keeps it in place on the earbud. This makes the foam tip loose on the earbud. Tips only lasted about two weeks of light wear before coming loose and making the earbud uncomfortable in my ears.

Better than OEM

These are softer and fit nicer than the stock tips for the Sony WF-1000XM4.

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, in-stock products typically arrive within 2-4 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD deliveries and 4-8 working days for all other states in Australia.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
