Not great, could be worse.

Microphone has connection problems out of the box, and the headset is not detected by the HyperX NGENUITY application for some unknown reason.

like phones, buy a generation early and enjoy great value

Great so far

It has great sounds and the detachable mic is great as I have a more professional stand alone mic. Headset has all the features needed. Great buy!!

Well worth the money!

I have used these for almost 2 years now and they are AMAZING. They are very comfy.
Sound quality is amazing and build quality is very strong not made from flimsy plastic like other headsets.
A lot of reviews say the mic is not good. But it's really not that bad.
I will admit its a bit pricy but its definitely worth it.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
