You get what you pay for

This is adequate if you really can’t afford to get a Jabra. It connects easily, has a long charge life, and is simple to use.

But,
The sound is very tinny and it’s hard going on long calls.
The mouth piece needs to be right on your mouth - almost touching - for other people to hear you.

I’ll probably upgrade to a higher quality headset soon.

Good product for an affordable price

I purchased this to use in outdoor environments and so far it has worked well. The sound quality seems good. I like that the buttons are well spaced so it is easy to control the volume and mute from the headset itself. The microphone is flexible. It is reasonably lightweight and not as sturdy as some other headsets, but for the price it seems good value.

It comes with a very short charging cable, which isn't very practical, but easily swapped out.

Great all day headset

Useful when you're in MS Teams most of the day, the only annoying thing is its Micro-USB.
I also have the larger version of the same and this is preferable.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
