This product works well with a phone and can copy a lot of data. However, it is supplied formatted as FAT32, which limits the maximum file size to 4 GB. This is complete nonsense in this day and age and the manufacturer should be formatting it as exFAT. This product works well with a phone and can copy a lot of data. The USB3.2 spec is only on paper. This is a very low buffer and low speed USB-C flash drive but with good capacity. My use is to store music files on my car so this works very well for that purpose.
Since the buffer is very low, the speed will reduce from 22MB/s (already very low to begin with) to below 10MB/s just after 10 seconds of write operations. Got this to transfer files off phone, it copied 90,000 files 18 GB in less than an hour.
