Loved that it's reversible but after a few months of use the cable does not slot in like it use to. The connection to my phone gets loose and is easily removed from charging. It works in so far as it's a good quality cable, and PBTech's service was top drawer once again.

It has a really hard time staying inserted, though, in any device I've tried. It's unsuitable for anything that you might attempt to manipulate while it's plugged in, like a phone. I'm told that this is a common feature in reversible cables.

I ordered two of these and will be ordering more. The fact that the micro usb end is reversible ie doesn't matter which way round it is plugged in is beyond awesome!
