Works a bloody charm. With a price like this you cant expect too much from the bugger (no fancy lights or anything) but does his job well. Great connectivity and sleek simple design (I have the black one) that you can appreciate. Does feel a little cheap, all plastic but there's no shame in that when your looking at mice at this price point. Used the product for 1 month now, and I have to say, I have definitely formed a bond with this bad boy. He has been clicking away like a Saturday night, moving across the screen without fail. I've had a few different models of Microsoft wireless mice, and all fail eventually, but generally work reliably for several years, however this has started giving issues in by far the shortest period of time.
The pointer regularly freezes on screen before starting to move again, and it tends to jump around. I've tried different surfaces, and changed the battery with no improvement.
The wireless mouse it replaced was several years old and still tracking reliably, however had developed a switch failure in the left button that was giving me 'double clicks', on clicking only once, so was due for replacement.

This replacement at least the buttons and the scroll wheel work, but tracking is awful after only just over two months of use.
On the same laptop, plugging in a wired mouse there are no issues, so I suspect it's a poor quality wireless receiver or the transmitter in the mouse.
I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just basic mouse functions, but this barely measures up even in this respect.
I'm already going to have to find a replacement, as it's becoming almost impossible to work with this mouse.
I might expect this with a budget no-name mouse, but with Microsoft's name on it, I'd expect better.
I don't know if I just got a bad copy, but based on my experience with this mouse, I'd say avoid like the plague.

another one last 1 year but same its scroller got broken after falling as well.
