This is a long term review of the product coming from me. I have used this for 1.5yrs+ on a 17.3 inch Heavy gaming laptop, it has 3 types of height adjustment which is great whether you use the fan or not if you use the highest level of inclined height you will get a few degrees lower on your processor and gpu of your laptop just because of the Airflow space it offers below. The fan is noisy and the legs are very short. I wouild recomend going to the Promate twin fan unit. Brought this and regretted it as soon as i switched it on. The noise drove me mad went in the bin after a week and replaced with a Promate stand that is very quiet and performing great. The fan is noisy and the legs are very short. Been useful in keeping the temp of both my personal laptop and work laptop down when doing high processing workloads. An added benefit is it raised the screen up to a more useful level when working in a docked situation. Good product, has literally no problems apart from the noise made by the collision between the laptop and the cooler. Runs at 60 degrees with games running on the computer. Surprised by how effective this was when playing games on my laptop. Just brought the temperature down enough to make a real difference.
