Just bought a new laptop and needed to be able to connect it to an HDMI monitor and some old USB-A devices. This fits the bill and is totally plug & play. Has worked seamlessly so far. Does the job well. Except when connecting a USB dongle for a keyboard / mouse, the experience is jumpy. Not sure if the quality of keyboard matters, but I resorted to buying a Bluetooth keyboard mouse combo to resolve the problem. Does the job well. This little gadget allows me to use a second screen with my laptop. I like because of the 4D image quality (much improved from my last hub). Also I love that it plugs into my USB c on my laptop leaving my USB port free for my dongle!

I got this for my WFH set-up and used all ports: USB x2 for mouse and keyboard, HDMI for monitor and USB-C for power supply. When the USB-C is in use, my mouse starts stuttering and eventually stops working altogether. Remove the power supply from USB-C, suddenly mouse is working again. Likewise I have a USB-C adapter for my headphones, but when they're plugged into the docking station they stop working. Waste of time. good size but charging is always a hassle through it often not working at all, may be because it requires 100w power supply?
