This is the 4th replacement charger I have needed to purchase since purchasing my Surface Pro in 2018. That is not right. This is the 4th replacement charger I have needed to purchase since purchasing my Surface Pro in 2018. That is not right.

Needed a new charger for my Surface Pro 4 and was quite annoyed so find a charger costed around three times the price. I checked out PB tech hoping to find and cheaper alternative and found this option here. So far works equally as well as a genuine option and at a third of the price. Very happy. This adapter works well. Just be aware that the power adapters for the surface laptops appear to only last 6 to 12 months each. This is the third one for me.

They are very light electronic adapters. Which is a Microsoft design flaw in my opinion. No fault of this particular adapter. This adapter works well. Just be aware that the power adapters for the surface laptops appear to only last 6 to 12 months each. This is the third one for me.

I used this about 6 times as a spare charger at home over the period of 13 months and looked after it extremely well... yet it's all of a sudden stopped working (the connector part that plugs into my tablet - the white light stays on but nothing happens... tried it using a different power pack and a different tablet and it's definitely this part of the cable, and it's not damaged to the naked eye). SO IRRITATING that I'm 1 month out of warranty... will just have to buy a new one.
