What else is there to say? It works. My parents told me 3 days before lockdown that they hadn't had any sound on their computer for 6 months. Turns out it was vital that this was fixed before lockdown. So i headed on down to pb tech. Went back the next day and "set it up" for them. Works a treat. Now my mum has to listen to the sound of my dad "gaming" all day while in lockdown. What else is there to say? It works. PBtech refunded which was good of them, but should have known from the price it wouldn’t be good. No faults whatsoever with this product. It works perfectly, as it should and I'm so happy! It was immediately available for pickup with the click and collect option.
It fixed my long-term issue with my 3.5mm headphone mic being barely heard. I managed to figure out that I may need a USB sound card to get my mic to function as it should. I'm saying this if in case anyone else may be having the same issue - this has fixed it for me.
