Raspberry Pi Add-On Board 2021 Updated Version PoE+ HAT Power over Ethernet HAT for Raspberry Pi 4B and 3 Model B+

I've got six of these now, 5 on Pi 4s and 1 on a CM4.
They can be a little loud, but if you set the config up right in /boot/config.txt, you can get them a little quieter.

Easy to install and works great with Unifi PoE switch, but fans are a tad too loud out of the box. Recommend getting fan config from Jeff Geerling’s website. I had to reseat this product and the soldering is so cheap/badly done that the pins pulled right off the board. Rendering it immediately unusable. I had to reseat this product and the soldering is so cheap/badly done that the pins pulled right off the board. Rendering it immediately unusable.

The PoE HAT does exactly what it's supposed to do. The only problem is, with the HAT on, my Raspberry Pi 3B+ no longer fits in its case. Finding a decent replacement that can fit a HAT seems almost impossible. Maybe a USB PoE splitter may have been a better choice for me. The PoE HAT does exactly what it's supposed to do.
