Had a TV that already had smart features but the system was painfully slow. Got this little dongle and it is quick and responsive in comparison. The 4 dedicated app buttons on the remote which includes NZ Freeview are an awesome plus as most remotes generally just have Netflix and Prime at the most. If this is plugged into a ARC socket you can essentially ditch your old TV remote. I've also side-loaded an IPTV app and it works flawlessly. This unit was simple and works just fine. They only problem I have is the very short hdmi cable, which is good, but it is very stiff. I wanted to double side the adaptor on the back of the TV, but the stiff cable is not very flexible and pushes out and the double sided sticking didn't hold the device in place. I really wanted the live Freeview offered without the need for a dish or UHF antenna. All the main streaming apps pre-installed and ability to install other apps via Google Playstore. Has Freeview and the standard apps. Easy to install and use. Only down side is that there isn’t a numeric keypad on the remote. Good value for money. No aerial needed!
