I can honestly say this fitness watch was a pleasant suprise. Its my 4th fitness watch and I'm really impressed with the value for money.
The battery lasts about 10 days
The screen is very bright and clear
It charges faster than any watch I've had - about 20 minutes
The sleep monitoring is very accurate - I now know that my sleeping heart rate is aronud 58 BPM, but if I've had a few drinks its around 70 BPM.
My favorite feature. Rather than hunting around the house to find my phone (all the time) I press a button on my watch and the phone starts saying" I'm here, I'm here". I probably use this twice a week.

This watch is so good to own. It has motivated me to move and start working out again. It shows you stress levels, heart rate and can measure you blood oxygen. I love the music app on it too as well as the find my phone ringer as if i lose my phone (i do often) and i also dont have to get my phone out when im working out and listening to music. I wisn i could answer calls on it instead of just getting notifications but if you dont have the money to buy an expensive smart watch I highly reccomend getting this. This watch is so good to own. I got this after having tried the fitbit and Galaxy. It's a great size and doesn't move around on my wrist, and is really light. Battery last for a week. This is my 3rd fitness tracker. Its a great price, looks good and tracks exercise really well. Mostly I am really happy with it. Unfortunately though, at home many steps are not picked up. Doing chores I can be active for some time, but quite 'stop-start', and the fitness band doesn't count any of these steps. So unless I'm doing a big walk it's much harder to reach my daily step goal.

This is a good everyday smart/fitness watch. I was able to monitor my heart rate and oxygen levels. This is a great alternative for other expensive smart watches. The shape goes well with my wrist and can connect to my ios device using the dedicated app. I also love that I was able to get a good deal out of it and bought it while on sale. I am really loving this watch. It is very comfortable to wear and I can forget it is there. I particularly like the sleep monitor and the step counter but have not yet become familiar with all of the features and look forward to doing so. I am really loving this watch.
