Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Fitness Tracker - Midnight Black

Cant complain for the price, happy with my purchase, but some things I'll note for others who may care.

1: Heartrate monitor seems questionable as to how accurate it is, seems fine, but also when I have it in my pocket I still get recordings (much much higher) periodically, so I dont know how its measuring this as I wouldnt expect any recordings if I'm not wearing it.
2: Step count doesnt seem exact unless you're wearing it ~ which makes sense, but I wear it when walking at my standing desk on a walking pad, if my arms on on my desk it doesnt register steps, if its in my pocket, it registers maybe half, if I have it attached to my waist it r...view more Cant complain for the price, happy with my purchase, but some things I'll note for others who may care.

2: Step count doesnt seem exact unless you're wearing it ~ which makes sense, but I wear it when walking at my standing desk on a walking pad, if my arms on on my desk it doesnt register steps, if its in my pocket, it registers maybe half, if I have it attached to my waist it registers 80-100% (when compared to the steps recorded on my walkingpad which I would expect to be much more accurate)
3: Device is very comfortable, but the strap 'can' pop out rarely, and 'can' be annoying to put on at times.

These are all my minor annoyances, but as stated, I'm still very happy with it for the price I paid.

Does an excellent job for what it is and the price. Good battery life.

The band 9 senses the movement for "I'm looking at my watch" and the display comes on and brightens as required (really neat).

This works pretty well for the price: excellent battery life, comfortable low-profile fit, and most of the functions you might use for a casual user. I have only come across a couple of quirks - it tends to under-count your steps (it doesn't seem to register you're walking unless your arms are swinging) and it can be a bit fiddly to get the settings right to measure outdoor walk distances. But largely it's doing what I expect of it. The Vitality measure a.k.a. have you done enough exercise this week is useful. This works pretty well for the price: excellent battery life, comfortable low-profile fit, and most of the functions you might use for a casual user. Thinks I'm asleep when I'm laying down scrolling on my phone, thinks a 45 minute workout was 5 minutes. App gives the bare minimum, outside of creating eating disorders with a big (non-removable) icon on the main page telling you how many ice creams you've burned today. Xiaomi smart band 9 review- Absolutely in love with this smart watch. Been wearing it for 17 days now and haven’t had a need to charge at all. Packaging says 21 days battery life so that’s definitely a plus. Fits great. No rubbing against skin. Very bright and interactive screen. Connects with my iPhone and displays notifications if switched on. Can also play or pause audiobooks on the phone from the watch. Absolutely no complaints. For the price paid, it’s a steal! Always thought about getting a fitness band to measure my health, fitness, and sleep status. Saw this band on promotion during the valentines day sales and got it for myself. It's easy to setup, simple to navigate, and all you need to do was to wear it on a daily basis. Even though this band is water-proof, it's still a good idea to take it off during your shower. Overall a good starting point for anyone who'd want to get into using a fitness band. Always thought about getting a fitness band to measure my health, fitness, and sleep status.
