I was expecting to have to wait for the faulty unit to be sent back to the manufacturer and be repaired, but the team at PB Tech Queen Street store immediately gave me store credit to replace the faulty unit with another nes device to the same value. On top of this, the staff gave me great advice on which unit to replace it with, and answered all of my questions.
The staff went above and beyond to help me.

· A tablet systems which allowed us to digitalise our production updates;

· Digital signage in the factory and offices which displayed updates of production status;

· A conference system for the board room with wireless capabilities;

· A range of work laptops and accessories for business as usual.

Their ability to work with us to meet project scope and budget has been excellent which has provided us as customers a lot of ease. PB techs have also exceeded expectations as they are very responsive and easy to work with, which has helped with scope changes and urgent matters. Brought a Brother Laser Printer that advertised on the Brother website that the printer could scan multiple pages automatically. When I called the Brother help desk to identify how to do this i was told that the model I had was not able to do this....view more Brought a Brother Laser Printer that advertised on the Brother website that the printer could scan multiple pages automatically. When I called the Brother help desk to identify how to do this i was told that the model I had was not able to do this. Brother attempted to wash their hands of their false advertising. I spoke to Chris Wang from PBtech and he also reached out to Brother for clarification. Brother again attempted to convince everyone that their wording on their website was not misleading. Chris (and PBtech) were able to see my side of the argument and refunded the printer for store credit. I was very grateful for Chris and Pbtech for actually listening and fronting up even though the fault was with Brother International. I am not buying or recommending another Brother product. A Huge Thumbs Up to Chris and the team at Pbtech for customer service!!!! Thanks! :)
