Due to my financial situation I needed my issue resolved today, and I needed someone would could understand it despite how confusing it was and resolve it for me despite the woeful lack of information I was able to provide. Darren delivered on every aspect of that and did it while being incredibly polite and speaking clearly (I'm hard of hearing and often have trouble with customer support).
