I originally purchased a Gigabyte laptop from them which a year after I bought it literally melted on me. The returns department took the laptop and after a few weeks have me full store credit after a year of owning it to choose another brand new laptop with full warranty! Little did I know that this laptop (an MSI) would also cause me issues and after a year and three separate times bringing in the machine they did the same thing as they did the previous year! They took the laptop and after another couple of weeks have back full store credit for yet another laptop. I currently have an ASUS Zephyrus M and it has been going strong for the last year and a bit. Cannot say enough good stuff about the service here. 10/10

The PBTech Head office was extremely helpful, helping me get my headphones replaced after they arrived faulty. They got replaced with 4-5 days which was much faster than I was expecting. Was able to ring up and ask if the parts were avaliable and then they asked if I wanted them to set them aside for me so I didn't have to look for them in the shop. I was not dissapointed. PB Tec's staf Chris Wong was amazing (very knowledgable and very patient, yet not pushing to sell at all). As a result, I walked out of the story with a new laptop, confident that I got the best product for my needs and for a reasonable prise. I will recomend this store to my friends, and I plan on returning to PB Tec again in the future.
