This being Black Friday (all November) and the last day of the computer sales, Hou took the time to help with my request on a computer that was only available in the Auckland store. I took up his time which I do apologise for, but he remained very professional and was able to get the computer transferred to their store for me. I also purchased a Dell 32” Ultrasharp monitor while I was there. As a customer It was very refreshing not feel like I was being an inconvenience for taking up time during such a busy period.
