I have done multiple purchases with her serving me - I appreciate her having excellent product knowledge; genuine advice & recommendations; but what I appreciate most in dealing with Julia is the obvious patience she has. She will listen to the customer's needs and discuss at length, if necessary, what will suit both my wallet and product requirement/s. I never feel rushed and it's a pleasure to deal with.

They often stock what many other shops do not, constantly have a supply of stock of even rare items, and sell many brands not found elsewhere. Their service is prompt, they are quick to ship, and their website is easy to navigate. Their Manukau store has to be the best physical store I've ever had the pleasure of browsing; it is seamlessly laid out, everything is in order, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
