The salesperson was helpful, I told him what I needed the device for, their was no push for me to buy something I didnt need. This was unlike another large retailer who insisted they were only for school children, and steered me away.
I am delighted with my economical uncomplicated 14 inch screen HP chromebook, it does all I need as a senior person. I will recommend PBtech to my friends who need an easy to use device.

They have a team that is dedicated to getting me the products that I need rather than trying to upsell me (And I love that). I deal with Hayze from the Hamiliton store and he is a dream to provide me with quotes and the answers I need!
