I’ve been lucky enough to communicate with her for last 2-3 years whenever I needed to purchase items from PBTech. Yvonne has been simply OUTSTANDING in every possible ways as a sales/account manager/assistant.

Whenever I send a enquiry regardless of how big or small, I’ve always received responses basically immediately...day/night/weekdays/weekends/holidays...bar none.

If she can’t help right away, I’d still get response with assurance that it’ll be followed up soon...and she kept each and every promises of follow ups.

Even when I had to cancel or amend order (multiple times), I’ve never felt that she was responding in any negative way whatsoever...always super positive & upbeat!

I hope PBTech rightfully acknowledges that this is one special employee and thus not take her extraordinary service to her customers & company for granted. I would bet her contributions from dedication to her job surely added to extra sales for PBTech...I know I have! Every time I had a choice of purchasing a same high priced items from either PBTech or elsewhere (such as Noel Leeming), I’d choose to purchase from PBTech simply thanks to Yvonne!

It’s someone like Yvonne that makes even ordinary things such as shopping for computer hardwares become extraordinary!
