What are Remanufactured / Factory Refurbished products?

A new or near new product that has been returned to the manufacturer or authorised agent of the manufacturer to correct one or more issues before it is restored to resaleable condition.
They typically have the same warranty as a new product but check the individual product page for specific information on the warranty period for the device you are looking at.

 

What are Refurbished products?

Second hand or off-lease products that have been professionally reconditioned and tested then offered for sale at a significantly lower price compared to an equivalent new product.
They typically have a 3 month warranty period but check the individual product page for specific information on the warranty period for the device you are looking at.

 

What is A-Grade vs B-Grade condition

If the item mentions A-Grade or B-Grade condition. The difference is A grade items are in excellent condition and show very limited signs of wear. B grade items are considered as items that will show signs of mild use but overall looks great. B grade units might show some cosmetic imperfections but will not affect the performance.
