Cancelling or modifying an order
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, we are happy to do so on the condition that your order has not already been dispatched from our warehouse or one of our suppliers warehouses. Your can view the progress of your order from the Web Orders page of your online PB Tech account or via contacting us directly.
Modifying your order

Cancelling your order
You are able to request to cancel your order via the cancel button (shown below) on the Order page, in your online PB Tech account. You can find all your online orders on the Web Orders page. If you do not have an online PB Tech account, please contact us and request to have your order cancelled. Once you have requested for your order to be cancelled, one of our team members will review your order and update the status of your order. If you have already paid for your order, one of our team members will contact you to arrange for a refund, once your order has been cancelled.
