Crap product do not purchase

This product was dead on arrival, we spent 2 hrs trying to make it work, tried on VGA, HDMI & DVI, on five different screens and five different cables, different low screen resolutions as well, nothing worked and Belkin support is near impossible to understand as the phone line is just so very distorted, never got to talk to anyone, have sent it back for a refund.

Works with only one external monitor.

I have tried connecting 2 external monitors with this adapter but only one works. I have tried HDMI, display cable and VGA cable, only one works depending on priorities set. Tried playing with USB-C BIOS settings but does not make any difference. Have connected the adapter to HP Z Book Fury 15 G7 and HP ProBook 440 G7.

Belkin website says its only compatible with Mac but pbtech say its compatible with mac and windows

Only one external monitor works

I have tried connecting 2 external monitors with this adapter but only one works. I have tried HDMI, display cable and VGA cable, only one works. Tried playing with USB-C BIOS settings but does not make any difference.
