Features

RING Quick Release Battery Pack

The Quick-Release Battery Pack allows you to have backup power for select battery powered Ring Doorbells and Cameras. To charge your battery pack, simply connect it to a micro-USB cord and plug it into a power outlet. If the battery pack in compatible Ring Video Doorbell or Securtiy Cam runs out of power, you can remove your batteries by pressing the quick-release tab on the battery pack. Then, simply slide your second battery pack into your device, and you're good to go. Simply connect your battery pack to a micro-USB cord, and plug it into a power outlet to begin charging. When the battery pack in your Ring Video Doorbell 2, Spotlight Cam Battery or Stick Up Cam Battery runs out of power, you can easily remove your batteries by pressing the quick-release tab on the battery pack. Then you can slide your second battery pack into your device, and you're good to go.

It was dead

Battery wouldn't hold charge. I took it back asking for a replacement, after a convoluted returns process I was given a refund (not what I wanted) for the price of the battery only and they kept the courier fee.
Now I still don't have a battery and have to order another one and pay another courier fee.
I think I'll shop elsewhere.

Extra Ring Battery

Extra battery so when you need to get up a ladder to re-charge your Ring camera batteries you just swap out. No down time. Very easy.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
