The Xbox Series X, sold by PBTech, has seen tremendous praise for its superior performance and higher speed compared to previous consoles. The spike in performance has left many customers in awe; the 4K graphic capability offering a stunning gaming experience. The ease of set up and quiet machine operation were also appreciated features. Moreover, the quick delivery and customer service by PBTech was commended, often surpassing customer expectations. Complaints were mostly targeted towards limited inbuilt storage. Yet, customers found it an excellent upgrade, worth swapping from previous consoles.
A quite gaming machine
The specs on the Xbox Series X are great and the machine runs very quietly. The Xbox game pass provides ready access to a number of good games for a monthly subscription. PBTech also delivered the product much faster than indicated when purchased.
Does eXactly what it says on the box.
Once again PBTech under-promise and over-deliver. Delivered to me weeks ahead of the predicted shipment time. Set-up was a breeze and games that are optimised for it look absolutely stunning in 4K. Destiny 2 is easier to play on the PC, but far more gorgeous to explore on my new XBox X.

Super glad I went with the Series X instead of the S, this has been a significant upgrade from my old Xbox one Gears Of War edition.
Con’s: it has limited inbuilt storage.
Pros: Great upgrade, super fast, smooth gaming experience, and it has a disk drive 🙏🏻

Was stuck using a Original Xbox One since i was in highschool so i thought i should upgrade nearing my birthday and luckily enough PBTech was the only retailer able to lock me a Series X and was not disappointed. The spike in performance comparing my old console is almost unreal, felt like i was in one of those dreams where you have everything you wanted but don't want to wake up (got those a lot when i was a kid unfortunately).
Purchase and delivery was also smooth, got it delivered on the other side of North Island in three days after purchasing, had it for a couple weeks now and has not let me down
