I've owned mine for about 2 years, ridden it about one year and have given up on it due to various issues. It still goes but it's just such a rough ride at this point that I can't be bothered with it.

The scooter should be great for about 300-1000 kms of riding but after that things will start going downhill, or at least it did for me.

Not the fastest but fine as long as don't need to go up any inclines, the issue is maintenance.

In first month or two the screw holding the rear mudguard to bracket worked itself loose. Replaced and ensured was tightened in case original hadn't been, but same thing happened again rapidly. Tried super glue etc to try keep them together and didn't work, so tried to at least stop the annoying vibrating sound of bracket and mudguard hit each other. Eventually just removed the bracket which is largely fine except sometimes you need to tap mudguard with foot if you hit a bump at right speed to start it oscillating.

First flat tire was hellish to change, especially bad as was winter and the tires are diabolical when cold. Eventually got clamps and steel levers to help do the job as snapped normal bike tire levers. Subsequent changes were not fun but at least knew what I was in for with them.

Stem started to feel wobbly. Tighten the latch a bit and improves but still more movement than I care for in it. Inspect it to find source and realise the latch pin has sheered on both sides, pure luck the broken bits have stayed partially in place/haven't popped out. A tiny part which could have led to a bad accident but instead now simply stopping me from using scooter until can source a replacement. FYI parts are hard to find unless you want to take your luck with likes of aliexpress where likely get subpar fake part which may not even fit.

Bought it as a birthday gift for my son and he could not wait to try it.
Then right out of the box, the scooter was beeping at me, so after a lengthy set up on my phone, I manage to get rid of the beeping, but then the scooter won't move.
Watched so many videos and none have my issue.

Apart from needing app to unlock, this is great scooter for my 13 year old fast enough without being over the top

Easy to use and a great beginners e-scooter. A little on the heavy side at 12kg. But other than that I am very happy with my scooter. I have had it 3 weeks and so far so good. Got this when they had it on special, I'd recently bought a similarly priced model off trademe and had just returned it as it didn't do what it said. Saw this at PB tech on special and have been very impressed by it, I'm 95kg and it whips along at 20kmh no problem (I think it's actually limited cos you can tell it wants to go faster). I use it every day rain or shine to get from the free parking miles away from my work, making a 15min walk a 5 min ride. Locks with bluetooth too. Highly recommend. It wasn't as easy as the video showed so I took it to the bike shop. I did contemplate buying the hard tyres that don't go flat after that. That has been the only down side to the scooter so far. Great Scooter! Gets me from A to B and saves on petrol. One issue is the scooter inner tyre. The outer supports the scooter still but the inner is flat/punctured. Have organised a new inner but looking at how to replace, it looks complicated and I have to pay over $100 to get PB to do it... Will figure it out myself though. Great Scooter! Exactly what I wanted to get me to my job from the car park and back which takes about 7mins. Only when it’s raining will I catch the bus which will will take about 10mins depending on traffic and the lights to my jiob so I’m very pleased. We Purchased this for our 10yr old to get to and from school. she LOVES it, doesn't go too fast (to her dismay) you can also download an app to lock/unlock it.
