I had done less than 20 kms and it went from 25 kms to only able to do 17 kms as maximum speed. Took back to PB tech and they have to contact they technician to find out the fault. I asked for a replacement and they said no until they could find out what was wrong with it. I am now without a scooter until they can find out what is wrong with it even though I have only had it 1.5 weeks. Very gutted. Had to buy the Pro 2 model due to some idiot stealing my previous m365 pro 1 model! Anyway, this model has addressed common issues from the previous m365 models:

+ 2x brighter front headlights (now 2w)

+ improved KERS (regen brakes)
+ improved Bell tone
+ improved folding mechanism (easier to fold and to lock in the stem)

- top speed of 30-35km/hr (yes the e-scooter needs to comply the laws)
- redesigned handlebar, foot-deck and front/rear fenders
- new mechanical disc brake design + caliper
- updated folding mechanism (make it last even longer)
- top stem assembly out of the box needs to be redesigned since the Pro 2 still suffers from loose bolts
- motor power bumped up to 350w
- added suspension is a must
- longer range for the high-end model (perhaps 40km range in sports mode like the Ninebot Max)

Just purchased it a few days ago and already regretting it. It is not powerful enough for hills you need the ninebot max! I commute 14km one way along the North West Cycle way which is literally the smoothest and flattest ride. The Pro 2 ends up with 10-20% battery life at the end of the trip. I need to do a literal Full charge from empty once I get to work so the battery clearly falls very short of the 45km max distance. Secondly, when the battery reaches around 50-60% there is definitely a noticeable decrease in torque/speed which only gets worse as I reach the end of my commute. I am having to push the scooter the last km of my trip to get over the small hills which are much less than 20% incline. cheap little scooter. 25km speed limit is a little slow. But sadly, the reason I purchased it - for the longer distance and the ability to climb 20% gradient roads has been a little oversold by PB.

And then when you’re under 50% battery… the thing hardly moves - you’d be faster to walk the scooter up the hill.

I needed some mode of transport that was easy to handle so I could transfer it from one van to another as I need to get a van to a staff member and quickly travel back to my base, about 3.5 kms. The only con I can find is it beeps but I think this might be when it is trying to connect with the app on my phone.

This scooter takes a little set up through the app, but then it's one press to get going. Accelerates quickly and brakes well, making it quite fun to ride. I've had no concern over battery life, happily riding 10k to work and back, in sports mode with the lights on, on one charge. Small hills are ok (est. 6% gradient), only needing a little assistance push to keep speed above 15kph. This scooter takes a little set up through the app, but then it's one press to get going. Really happy with this product. If you do your homework you'll notice that to get the max distance of 45km out of this scooter, you're weight needs to be close to 75kg and you'll have to use the Eco mode. The Eco mode is capped at 5km/h . This is my only issue with this product. 5km/h is so slow that it's actually difficult to keep your balance on this scooter. Recommend they bump it up a little bit. I would say you'll get about 30km if you weigh about 90kg using the normal drive mode. This is real value for money. A good brand. Made by same company who makes Segway. Really happy so far. I spent much time reviewing and comparing scooters before choosing this one. After having ridden it daily for a few weeks now I can confidently say that it has far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone. Used it for 2 days, runs very well. After 2nd charge, display stopped and could not start the scooter. Returned and received refund. Usage experience was 5 star. Used it for 2 days, runs very well. Used to get to work about 30 or 40 times over the course of 9 months. Motor got less and less powerful until eventually would not move at all. Horrible product.
