This was one of the cheapest, small handheld vacuum out there and I needed something for the car and small household messes that didn't warrant our large upright vacuum. I understand that it wouldn't be very powerful so the Turbo function was nice, but you would be using it 95% of the time so it should really just be called the ON button, and it having a stick head seemed like a nice addon but it is absolutely useless and I suspect there is a huge design flaw. My main gripe is with the spinning brush head of the stick vacuum, rotating AWAY from you, kicking up small debris AWAY from the suction hole. I can literally see the debris being flicked away from me and the only way to suck it up is to trap it up against the wall, and even then I'm not sure its being sucked up or just disappearing into the seams of the carpet. The face of the bush head is high and open (I assume to accommodate for long shaggy carpets) so doesn't block/ catch the debris from being catapulted away from you compounding the situation. As you can imagine this phenomenon is exaggerated even more when on hard floors without the friction preventing the dirt from reaching 88mph.

I would suggest that you only buy this if your house is already very clean, you have a bigger more capable vacuum already, you need something small and portable, AND if you have carpet.

I've already lost my money, I hope this helps inform people in making their purchasing decision.

Our vacuum worked great for the first 3-4 months of use but then became faulty with constant error message stopping operation. Upon return I was told it would be 4-8 weeks to either service/repair or even consider for a refund. I think this is pretty unreasonable to have to wait that long for any outcome so can't recommend this from a service point of view. I own many Xiaomi products and I can truthfully say this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I would say this thing sucks but that’s the problem, it doesn’t. It has weak suction and gets clogged at the slightest sign of dust. It’s really useless compared to the Xiaomi car vacuum. When it does manage to pick anything up the dust container is so poorly design you have to remove the attachments to open it and this generally ends up dropping dust everywhere. I bought it on sale. Been using for a few weeks. The product is of matt finish and feels fairly sturdy. Lightweight. Good for spot cleaning. Suction is just average on turbo, making the brush nozzle quite useless other than brushing dust off. If you want it to pick up anything the crevice nozzle is the only way to go.
