Honestly Life Changing, I have two young kids that always find a way to get my carpets dirty and this thing has been a life safer. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be buying another one at some stage as I have a multi floor home. The multi floor mapping is perfect and I have not had any issues. The cleanest my house has ever felt. I have also hooked this up to my Alexa and it works like a charm. Connects to Wifi 2.4 GHz quick as and hasn't dropped off that I'm aware of.

You'll learn what it can't handle in your own house, but our place has 2 ranch sliders, which I just close the curtains on and it treats them like a wall.
Other things it doesn't like are anything that's thin or graduates up on the floor i.e. the bottom edge of our bar stools.

It will chew up smaller cables, in our case, home theatre speaker cables, but cat6 is fine running along the skirting around the edge of a room.
I followed it around on the first couple of vacuums just to be there in case anything goes wrong, but after that you know what to do to get the house ready.

Carpet feels a lot fluffier too which is nice. The spinning brush must help with this.

App is excellent. After the initial discovery, it treats your house as one entire room. You can then section off rooms and label them.
You can also set the order of the rooms when it does a full vacuum, which is excellent.
Virtual walls work great. We have a "dump zone" which the cleaner won't go near as I've cordoned it off with a virtual wall.

We have a dishwasher that washes our dishes, why not have a vacuum cleaner that cleans your floor!

We both hate vacuuming so Consuela as she is affectionately called is amazing, she’s quiet but still has good suction power. The only small issue is her filter got disgustingly dirty immediately and even though the booklet says to wash the filter after washing it it has small holes and tears-we need to buy a new filter already. She also gets stuck on rugs and we have to move her. So great. Should have got one sooner. It was incredibly easy to set up even as a definite non-geek. Map of the house was easy to set up too, and now it is easy to just vacuum one or two rooms at a time. Does a great job of vacuuming, especially hardwood floors (which is most of our house). Just watch that you keep shoelaces out of its reach (no biggie, they just got sucked in and a rollerskate was dragged back to its station). So great. Should have got one sooner. Gets stuck on wires and cables. Do need to use a bigger stronger vacuum once every two weeks for a deep clean, and to get in and around the places the robot vacuum can not. Does a great job with the vacuuming, I’ve never used the mop function as I’m too lazy to set it up.
Would never be without one now. Takes a charge 2/3 of the way through to do my house of over 300sqm.
Every day we manage to fill the dust tray so it is definitely doing its job.

Very happy with this machine. Mapping is excellent, ui is good and simple. My only slight reservation is that in a household with dogs, one long haired, and it does throw an error message that the main brush is jammed. Our very first robot vacuum and didn’t have high expectations on something so small that could suck, let alone mop!
The reviews on here really helped with any concerns about the unit so I am obliged to also post a review now that we have taken the plunge to own one.

It’s now replaced my husbands vacuum routine which makes him free to do other chores
