No holes in the wall, easy dust empty
Before buying, I was worried the suction wouldn't be strong enough, but after using it, I found it meets my daily needs. There are no kids or pets at home, and I clean the carpet in each room once a week — the suction is more than sufficient. Unlike Dyson, it doesn’t require drilling a hole in the wall to mount the charger. Plus, the automatic dust emptying after each use is incredibly convenient.
A great purchase for the price
I purchased this vacuum from PB Tech after I made a wrong choice of vacuum directly from Shark. So very happy that I scouted around online and came accross the one I really wanted at almost $400 cheaper and should have purchased online but the cost deterred me. PB Tech have some great deals and this was one. Love the ease of cleaning, flexible stem to reach under beds and furniture and those tricky spots makes this cordless vacuum and self cleaning shoot into an easy empty large canister serves me well.
Great vacuum with good features
I used to be a Dyson fan but I am now converted to Shark vacuums. They are great quality at a reasonable price for more features than what is offered by Dyson. The automatic setting allows the vacuum to increase suction around edges and carpet. This model of the Shark has flexible join which allows you to bend the stick to vacuum under shelves. This is my second shark vacuum.

Love the auto empty feature!
I already have a Dyson V8 Animal which has coped well with white fluffy cat and dog for four years. But we have a two-storey house and I'm forever going up and down stairs to empty it in the garage. It is a luxury to have this Shark empty itself into the cannister! It picks up fluff well and gets close to skirtings and furniture. I like that it adjusts automatically to the hard bathroom and kitchen floors, and that the charger unit doesn't have to be screwed to the wall. So far I'm very pleased with it!
