Logitech G935 LIGHTSYNC Wireless RGB Gaming Headset

Awful quality headset, microphone is trash, rgb is pointless, battery life is poor for a headset of its price (the lights alone lower battery life by 4 hours)

This is by far the worst headset I've ever purchased, currently their is a manufacturing default which lowers your left side speakers, the cause of this is the power button, the fix is either to wiggle the power button until it fully powers the headset, or rip the headset open to readjust the button voiding warranty, on top of that the software is slow and clunky. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET! Not working well at all with G-Hub could not change the very bad 7.1 sound, Fallout 4 had sound missing, took me ages to find how to remove the Logitech 7.1 Driver. In Fact most of the options given in G-Hub don’t work with this head set. Don’t buy it! Wish I bought a different one. Negatives:

Not very comfortable for longer sessions. The top piece is thin so it doesn't distribute the weight of the headset over a large enough area.

The cups aren't very deep. Ears touch the mesh inside that's covering the speakers. Because it's leatherette the ears get quite warm, after a while the skin on the ears conform to the fabric texture (like if you fall asleep on your arm and there's a wrinkle in your sleeve and then your cheek gets that same wrinkle when you wake up.). Ears are a lot more sensitive though so it actually hurts when removing the headset.

Positives:

The audio quality is very good.

Software is good and I've been able to get profile switching to work well.

Easy to use equilizer.

Microphone is of an alright-ish quality, considering that it is a wireless headset.

Additional: I don't have interest in the following points and so it doesn't really affect me, but it might matter for some.

The RGB, even I think it's weird they put that on the back.

Range is not very good. I have not been able to get the 15m indoor range they claim.

Overall I wish I'd gone with something different.

For a newer headset that doesn't sound much better at all, this headset is riddled with the same garbage logitech firmware issues you see with the g930 and g933. An irritating static sound that plays randomly throughout using the headset similar to static. Constant disconnects with a very loud and annoying beep sound when it suddenly decides to reconnect, sometimes even playing a very long sounding beep lasting several seconds. Mic is only decent, audio doesn't justify its price. Headset worked really well, true to Logitech it had good hardware however, also true to logitech, the software was terrible.

Couldn't update the firmware out of the box since it couldn't connect via cable to any PCs and then the software decided to brick. Was left with a very expensive paperweight.

Very unhappy with this poor quality headset, i figured since Logitech has been reasonably solid gear in the past that these would see my out a few years. Barely lasted 8 months, turn on but no sound comes through nor does the mic work. Only good thing about them is that they failed before the warranty was up.

Heavier than it should be, janky boom mic, pointless power sucking RGB, poor battery life and worst of all right earpiece stopped working after just 2 years of use. Regretted on getting this headset. the USB cable to the headset seems to be an issue.
To get the replacement cost a fortune :s
