Been having issues since just a few months after purchase, the main issue which most people who own this headset run into is that the port for the wire which plugs into it is terrible. It constantly disconnects audio for a split second with the slightest movement, then comes back but your microphone will not work unless you unplug and replug your headphones. Purchased this product in preparation for working from home Covid 19 lock down because there is a requirement for lots of video calls. To be fair this was practically the last one left in the store.

I have had issues with right from the get go with lots of interference in the headset, making it impossible to use. Would not recommend. When they work, theyre great.
With the cable pointing straight down on the shoulder and no structural integrity at all around the connection.. a couple of months .. All you have to do is move your head an inch or the cable moves.. which it will because it is laid across you desk .. the sound will cut out.. skip.. or the headset will scream into your ears.

Loved this headset, from volume customization to the reprogramable buttons. A headset with an amazing software, sadly with aux u don't get access to software, it just becomes a plain headset. The earcups are uncomfortable but the pros outweigh it. Just don't let ur family member fling it off ur head and make it drop, the connection gets loose and we'll ur gonna hav a bad time in game and chat, constant connect and disconnect haha kinda fragile, but other than that it's a great headset was not disappointed Loved this headset, from volume customization to the reprogramable buttons. Bought a second pair after my first one broke after 3 years and quite a lot of moving around, so they're definitely sturdy and last a long time if you take care of it. They're super comfy to wear for hours, adjustable to fit your needs and preferences. Sound quality is always good.
Microphone definitely needs some help as it does tend to cut out randomly when in discord so you'd have to keep reconnecting it. But I have my own standalone mic so it's not a big deal for me.

Great headphones with amazing sound quality, the microphone sounds great when it works. I find I have to unplug and plug them back in to get the mic to work again. Logitechs software itself has some issues so hopefully it gets sorted soon because these are a favourite, they actually fit around my ears (I have gauged ear lobes), the sound is great and so is the mic quality, overall really great if you don’t mind the small mic issues. Not a bad headset, the extra buttons and volume wheel are very useful. Worth the money however it can be a little uncomfortable at times and is prone to slipping off if you move your head too much/vigorously.
