You can get used to it if you have it on for a week or so, but the headset sound is a lot better with the feature off. In my view, the incredible sound and microphone vastly outweigh the disappointing surround sound.

Build quality is another standout feature, with an extremely solid build and premium leather ear cups, it is the most comfortable headset I have ever tried.

If I were you, I would wait to get this on sale, as at retail, it is quite a big ask. It goes down on special from time to time, and at that price (while still being fairly expensive), this headset is well worth the money.

In my view, this is without a doubt the best Logitech Gaming Headset thus far.

Not a lot of reviews seem to talk about the fit of the headset but I can say that even for me it fits well, even with my larger sized head (friends and family with smaller heads are also pleased). There is more than enough size adjustment to make anyone happy. The ear cups are padded in a plush leather-like material, with memory-foam pads that are incredibly soft with only a slight amount of pressure from the clamping force. These are the default pads but the headset also comes with a secondary set of cloth ones. The leather ones are by far better as they create a much better sound stage around your ears- they can be a little hard to get used to at first but by far worth it for better sound (any cloth material will absorb and muffle some of the sound, especially deeper bass tones- not terrible just enough to make a difference).

The headband is padded in the same leather/memory-foam as the ear cups, and is the most comfortable band that I've seen on any headset. The band is wide enough to make infamous headset-hair a small worry (and trust me my old headset gave me that a lot xD).

The sound quality of the headset is superb, with a large sound stage and separation when listening to music, and very clear details especially when playing games that greatly appreciate good sound (such as R6S, Fortnite, CS:GO). The stereo sound is also very good, making it easy to tell direction in what you're listening to. These get incredibly loud at full volume, but still keep detail even then. The USB DAC that comes in the box is very worth it and will further enhance the experience even more.

Build quality is freakin amazing from Logitech, and these things feel like they could withstand anything, with premium materials and a sturdy frame with no squeak or give. The volume and mute switches are located on the cables that you are given, and are nice and easy to use. There is plenty of cabling in the box to fit any need, and even the mic is detachable! Speaking of which, the mic is also superb and paired with the Logitech G Hub software it's even better. The mic is very well suited to any use and is one of the best built-in mics ever. Out of the box it sounds a little ASMR-y with a high sensitivity to any sound you make with your lips (even sounds you didn't know you could make), I encourage tweaking some of the settings in the software to get rid of this, as complaints from my friends about my accidental ASMR was well placed xD.

Comfortable to use with beautiful sound and build quality make this headset a perfect pickup for anyone looking for a high-end headset. These will last you years mate, so don't worry.

Good headphones that work as advertised. They have soft cups on them which are nice on your ears. I actually find mine to be very tight on the head which is why I only gave it a 4 star, even when adjusted they are not that comfortable, and I don't have a large head by adult sizing so was expecting better fitment. The other thing is out of the box the sound quality is pretty poor, I had to adjust it over a couple of days to get it right and it still doesn't sound 100% yet, out of the box there is a terrible sound, like you're in a cave, and you have to configure with the windows settings as well as the g software settings to get them sounding...view more Good headphones that work as advertised. - Very Comfortable
- Sturdy design, not heavy
- Doesn't squeeze my head tightly
- Doesn't hurt my ears for long periods of use
- Sound quality is great however it did sound like the audio was far away, but nuances like this are expected for new headphones.

Cons:
- Mic quality varies. Playing a game without quality Noise Suppression like Discord makes other able to hear basically everything (like keyboard, breathing background noise). You're still able to adjust the mic quality settings via 'Logitech G Hub' software so it's definitely good to play around with those settings or use mic quality presets on the software. Pros:
