Do not recommend

I've had this headset for a month now.

The microphone picks up a LOT of background noise which makes it awful in an office setting, the little controller flops around all over the place on the cable, the headset is generally uncomfortable relative to other headsets, and it also feels cheaply made. I recommend putting the $ towards something better.
