Live how it sounds and it is super comfy, but had 1 that broke (the left earpiece snapped off the main headpiece. thought this wasn’t a regular thing but the second pair broke as well in the exact same way around 6 months for both to break in exactly the same way. Purchased a pair and the earpad was broken on opening (the foam was exposed). Took it back for a replacement and thankfully PBT obliged. Unfortunately, when the second box was opened a week later we had the exact same issue - the earpad covering is not adequately in place and the foam is exposed - it looks like the padding is ripped but it has just been poorly constructed. I am frustrated with the low quality of this product as it was a gift. I won't bother returning it for a third pair. Purchased a pair and the earpad was broken on opening (the foam was exposed). Sound is amazing which is the main thing - The ability to change the level of bass is really neat. The headphones are massive which is a blessing and a curse - they fully encase my ears without pushing, however they are super bulky looking on because of this, however this doesn't bother me at all so depends on preferences. Additionally they do slip if I am moving around much, however the flip side is that they aren't as constricting as many headphones so I can wear them for much longer. If connected using the aux cable, then these a great and the bass feature is fantastic.
However the point of wireless headphones is to be able to use them wirelessly which if you want any bass whatsoever is not possible without a constant 'clicking' noise in the background, I thought I had a faulty product but from reading other reviews online, it appears to be in both the M500 and M700, so will be returning these tomorrow, hadn't bought myself a nice pair of headphones in years and was really looking forward to using these..massive disappointment If connected using the aux cable, then these a great and the bass feature is fantastic.
