I was hesitant to buy it despite it being a popular product.
These headphones are great, changed the way I listen to music.
Using the settings on the headphones is tricky, I just use my phone to adjust the volume instead.

Has awesome sound quality, used for a month, but for someone with medium/large ears, I have found them a bit uncomfortable. You do get used to them, but I find I can't where them for too long at a time. I’ve had several different noise cancelling headphones and these are the best by far. When flying in a plane the engine noise just disappears. I can not fault them. I adore my Sony noise cancelling headphones. I can't believe I have gone my entire life listening to music with inferior earphones or speakers. The sound has clarity and depth to it, handles bass very well. The noise cancelling is also a game changer, in the work office I no longer need to hear the ramblings of my co-workers and can concentrate when I need to. The Sony headphones are effective on noise cancelling and has a very good quality of sounds. The headphones has a functionality of pause, play and volume on its own which makes it easier to use. Great sound quality, comfortable to wear (although it feels like there should be a little bit more space for my ears to fit - sometimes I feel the foam and its not quite right) but for the price these are brilliant. Our staff are VERY happy with the headphones. While more expensive than some other models this is a case of paying a larger price but getting high quality goods.

Functionally, these headphones are great. I'm not an expert on ANC tech but after doing some snooping online in audiophile forums and so on, I got the impression that these were best in their price bracket, and I wasn't disappointed. The audio is crystal clear, the bass is awesome, the charging is quick, they're featherlight and comfy, and the carrying case and fold-up feature makes the headphones really portable.

The only downside I've found thus far is the battery, as when I first got these headphones the battery easily lasted for 30 hours of use, however 8 months after purchase I'm finding that the battery is lasting only 15-16 hours. ...view more Functionally, these headphones are great. I haven't changed the way I use them, I'm using the included charging cable, and I'm not abusing them in any way (I'm quite careful with my hearing - don't want tinnitus nor any other hearing deterioration down the line). Naturally, this comes out to be a pretty big problem, as while it isn't life-ending that I need to charge these every couple of nights instead of once a week, it's pretty darn shocking that the battery life has halved in only 8 months given that it was a major selling point and the price of these headphones even now remains quite high.

The battery is the only part of these headphones that has deteriorated, and besides this one issue the headphones remain as good as new. I feel I should add that in total I've used them for about 735 hours to date (the app used to control these headphones logs some pretty useful data), as 8 months isn't really informative, so about 30 days worth of use, which you can take as you will.
