Logitech G815 LIGHTSYNC RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

I am happy with this keyboard although I don't use it for gaming. I use it for general computer use but feels good typing and good that the keys light up in order to see better. This keyboard is great. I bought it because I hate the usual chunky keyboards. This keyboard is both great for gaming and typing and has a lot of customisation available. Had this keyboard for around three years now. Love it in every way except for the keycaps.

Its a known issue online for these low profile keys, the coating on them starts to flake and come off, eventually needing new ones ordered online. New keys arent super expensive but are still a hassle to replace.

Other than that, no complaints at all. Typing on it feels great due to the low travel and they still have a nice mechanical feel to them.

The extra pass through USB plug is perfect too for a wireless mouse. Had this keyboard for around three years now. Love it in every way except for the keycaps.

I love this keyboard. The thin black keys on carbon-style steel look so good. Logitech's G-hub software for customization isn't amazing but still usable and I've ended up colour-coordinating my keyboard with the rest of my setup which looks great. Tactile is perfect for me and I'd honestly recommend it to anyone who's not sure what they're looking for.

this looks great on the desk and the Individually addressable keys is awesome.
i love the keys but took me a couple of days to get used to the shorter head on them as i have Cherry on my others but not i have used it a while i love it. this looks great on the desk and the Individually addressable keys is awesome.

Overall this keyboard is quite an upgrade from my previous keyboard (but really any would've been an upgrade). I did get this on sale with the livestream a while ago which I believe is a much more reasonable price for this keyboard.

The scroll for volume is a cool feature but I don't really find myself using it too often. The lighting on this keyboard is great with all the option available however for the retail price you would expect it to be. The media keys are also useful to have them separated but they feel off in comparison to the rest of the keys of the keyboard. I also us the usb passthrough for my headphone as it gives a bit more reach more my head when leaning back.

Would've been better with a wrist rest but i have a mousepad that goes under it and the keyboard being low profile I don't find my wrist hurting or straining to reach up to the keyboard. I personally would recommend this keyboard on sale but for $300 i would suggest a less 'top of the range' keyboard.

I don't have princess-and-pea sensitivity, but the keys are fine.The reduced press distance requires some getting used to if you've had something larger. Bottom out can be a bit harsh compared to a normal membrane keyboard.
It doesn't occupy a continent, despite the 5 extra keys and controls, and the lighting is fine - even if it's too blue by default.
Colour is quite customisable, along with 5 extra keys, in the software. Much fun can be had here.

But the software is the weakest part of the deal.

Logitech is migrating its devices to the new 'GHUB' software - which is buggy.
If you had a previous 'Logitech Gaming Software', DON'T import profiles into GHUB.
When I did, the new 'GHUB' started freezing and when I changed key assignments on the the fly. The keyboard still worked as a keyboard, but customisable profiles weren't switching or responding. This affected my Logitech mouse too. It's all attributable to the software.
A (thorough) purge and reinstall with no imported profiles fixed the issue. Reassigning a few key-bindings and colours wasn't a big deal,.... however.....

...be aware that the software isn't as sleek as the keyboard.
