i need to take this back. 'it seems to make my computer freeze up. i have never had this happen before but after about half an hour the computer will freeze. can not work out what is going on but the computer runs fine when the old keyboard is plugged back in. i have tried it 5 times now. i need to take this back. Disappointed.
Deployed to 10 devices including on microsoft surface pro 4 and HP laptops. all devices have frozen connections upto 3 times a day. Need to unplug the usb dongle and plug into another port or remove from paired devices to make it work again. Disappointed.

I purchased this because I am often typing notes while listening to customers, and they can hear the keys and worry they think that I am not listening to them. I was after a quiet keyboard and this absolutely fits the bill.

Now they'll NEVER KNOW! The keyboard is so soft and silent and - bonus - it also means my colleagues don't have to listen to clickety clack all day long!

I bought the keyboard for a work at home situation if we go back into lockdown.

I purchased this online without viewing it and am sorry. The keys are not easy to see, lettering on the keys is too pale. Like other reviewers - same frustrating issue of it losing connection several times each day. In my case unplugging and replugging the USB dongle does not work - I have to reboot. Never had issues like this with any other keyboard - how complex can a keyboard be !?!?! Totally frustrating and need to take it back - more time lost.
