I have tried it out and tested it extensively. (For my purposes) I have to say I am very happy with it. The sound is clear and accurate, with no hissing or white noise detectable.
My studio is often noisy because of passing traffic, and so far no road noise has been detected while using the cardioid setting. I use it for voice only and haven't tried music so can't comment on that. Set up was easy as plug and play. Just selected this mic from my program and away we went. I am a happy customer. I bought this mic about a month ago for streaming as I started streaming on twitch, but I really needed a better mic as the one I purchased before would drown my audio with white noise. After using it for a while I can say that it’s worked perfectly for my purpose as I have it directly in front of me.

If you decide to use the Omnidirectional function for a group of people I suggest being near the mic, or if someone is speaking from a distance then they’d have to speak a lot louder for the mic pick it up. It is simple to use, very versatile in that it has a pattern change switch to suit the group and it is very efficient in picking up the speech od everyone around the table.We have only used it twice so far but while we are not meeting face to face it will get used for every meeting. Ive just recently purchased this mic as a replacement for my old mic I use for talking over the internet with friends. Its audio quality is quite nice and comes with some additionally helpful software. My only real gripe with it is the usb connector with really likes to slip out at the slightest touch.
